We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Avisa Health Care. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹13,000 - ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales: Interact with customers to understand their health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic medicines and products to drive sales.

2. Product Promotion & Education: Educate customers about the benefits, uses, dosage, and Ayurvedic principles of the medicines to build trust and create awareness.

3. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company through effective selling and upselling of Ayurvedic products.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular customers, doctors, and retailers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Product Availability & Merchandising: Ensure proper stock availability, display, and visibility of Ayurvedic medicines at the store or assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
