We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Tours & Travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying business opportunities, converting leads into customers, and promoting travel packages and related services. Strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through sales of tour packages, travel services, and customized travel solutions.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Travel, or Hospitality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in travel sales or tele-sales will be preferred.
