Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, converting leads into sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell life insurance products based on customer needs.
• Generate sales through lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or telesales (insurance preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
