Suggest Financial Services is looking for dynamic, target-driven Health Insurance Sales Executives with experience in tele calling and insurance sales. Candidates with hands-on experience in insurance sales will be strongly preferred.

The role involves handling renewals and portability leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable health insurance policies, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell health insurance products through tele calling.

• Generate and convert leads into New Business (NOP & Premium).

• Handle renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.

• Manage health insurance portability leads and convert enquiries into policies.

• Explain policy coverage, continuity benefits, waiting periods, premiums, and other relevant policy features to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Handle customer objections, queries, and regular follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate CRM/MIS and calling records.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

Portability Experience – Preferred

Candidates with prior Health Insurance Portability experience will be given preference, particularly those experienced in:

• Handling portability leads and conversions.

• Explaining continuity benefits, waiting periods, and policy coverage.

• Handling premium and coverage-related objections.

• Converting portability enquiries into successful policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured on New Business NOP & Premium, Lead Conversion, Portability Conversion, Renewal Conversion, Cross-sell/Upsell, and Calling & Follow-up Productivity.

Candidate Profile

• 06 months –2 years of experience in Insurance/Health Insurance Tele sales preferred.

• Health Insurance tele calling experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of Health Insurance and Portability will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions
