We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage business clients, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales with corporate customers.
Identify and develop new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, support) for smooth execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT, machinery, services, or solutions preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle corporate clients and decision-makers
Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience in corporate, enterprise, or government sales
Knowledge of the relevant industry and sales cycle
Ability to work independently and in a team
