Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Shreedeep Infotech. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products or services, and converting prospects into customers through calls and other online communication channels. The position offers an In-Hand Salary of 18,000 to 30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Generate and qualify leads to identify potential business opportunities.
Explain company products or services and address customer queries.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, good negotiation abilities, and the confidence to handle sales calls effectively. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to achieve sales targets are preferred.
Candidates must be open to working 06 Days during the Day shift.
