We are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential borrowers, evaluating loan eligibility, and guiding customers through the end-to-end loan application process. You will play a key role in driving business growth by achieving monthly disbursement targets, building channel partner networks, and delivering exceptional service to secure client trust. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, background in financial/loan sales, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
Generate qualified leads for home, personal, and business loan products through cold calling, field visits, and referral channels.
Evaluate client financial profiles, credit history, and income documentation to determine loan eligibility.
Guide customers step-by-step through the loan application, verification, and approval process.
Achieve and exceed monthly loan disbursement targets set by the organization.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, cross-selling, and referral business.
