Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

Rent Mart is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

• Generate and qualify new leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, rental services, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
