🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle sales of residential & commercial properties

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Conduct site visits and property presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong skills can apply)

• Graduate or equivalent qualification

• Good knowledge of property sales process

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

🔹 Communication & Skills (Must Have)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident personality with a positive attitude

• Convincing power and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Presentable, professional, and goal-oriented
