Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and clever Sales Executive who has excellent communication skills and knows how to convince clients effectively. The candidate should be presentable, quick-thinking, and capable of handling clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects.

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up with prospects regularly to close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain proper client data and sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Smart, clever, and confident personality.

• Ability to handle clients professionally.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory).
