We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to help expand our customer base. Salary & Benefits  Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month  Sales Incentive: Attractive performance-based incentives  Performance Bonus: Additional monthly rewards for achieving targets  Career growth opportunities  Training & skill development  Supportive team environment Job Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential industrial customers.  Generate new B2B business opportunities.  Identify and qualify prospects.  Explain company products and their benefits.  Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.  Follow up with existing and prospective customers.  Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.  Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.  Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.  Build long-term customer relationships.  Achieve monthly calling and sales targets. Candidate Requirements  Graduate in any discipline (preferred).  1–3 years of Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales experience.  Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.  Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage).  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).  Positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Self-motivated and target-oriented.
