Position Overview
Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Metrics
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: INR 2.67 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives
Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
Work Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)

Profile:Sales Consultant (Inside Sales)
Product Promotion: Assist customers telephonically regarding a diverse range of insurance and financial products.
Sales Execution: Understand customer requirements accurately to close sales cycles successfully.
Target Management: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets with efficiency.
Internal Coordination: Respond promptly to all internal communications and maintain precise pipeline logs.
Customer Service Associate
Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels.
Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently.
Experience Management: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and positive brand perception.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
