Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers, understand their requirements and explain suitable product options using approved company information.
• Clearly communicate product details, prices, available offers and usage directions provided on the product label.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and follow up on interested leads.
• Confirm orders and accurately record customer details, delivery addresses and product quantities.
• Maintain calling, follow-up and sales records in the company’s CRM or tracking system.
• Coordinate with the order processing team and keep customers informed when required.
• Work towards agreed sales targets while maintaining respectful and honest customer communication.
• Refer medical questions appropriately and avoid making unsupported treatment or guaranteed-result claims.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in tele sales, domestic calling or outbound sales.
• Previous experience selling Ayurvedic, skincare, healthcare or wellness products is preferred.
• Clear Hindi communication, good listening skills and confidence in handling customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• A responsible approach to follow-ups, customer service and sales targets.
