Role Overview

The Business Growth Executive at Next Art Creations will drive student enrollment through lead generation, career counselling, course pitching, and relationship management. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, along with a genuine ability to understand student needs and guide them toward the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through social media, referrals, networking, and other channels

- Understand prospective students' goals and recommend suitable courses

- Present course offerings clearly, highlighting relevant benefits and outcomes

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up

- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students, meeting individual sales targets

- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen lead generation strategies

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Target-driven and self-motivated approach

- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
