We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team . The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, verifying customer details, and assisting applicants throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal, business, home, or other loan products.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to customers.

• Handle inbound queries from interested clients and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and follow up with customers to convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Maintain a database of customer records and update call logs.

• Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.

• Verify customer information and preliminary eligibility before forwarding to relevant departments.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
