Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Agents to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers through soft calling, understanding their financial requirements, explaining loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound soft calls to prospective customers.

• Explain personal loan products and their features.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for loan applications.

• Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Follow all company policies and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, or NBFC sales will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
