About the Role (Role Summary):

Hamein apni real estate team ke liye ek energetic aur target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive ki zarurat hai. Is role mein aapko milne wali leads par call karke potential clients se connect karna hoga, unhe property details samjhakar site visit arrange karani hogi, aur team ke sath milkar deal close karwane mein help karni hogi.

Key Responsibilities (Aapka Kaam Kya Hoga):

• Lead Follow-up & Calling: Company se milne wali verified leads par daily calling karna aur unki requirement samajhna.

• Site Visit Management: Interested customers ko project brief karna aur unke sath Site Visit coordinate & execute karwana.

• Deal Closure Assistance: Senior sales team aur managers ke sath coordinate karke property deal close karwane ki koshish karna.

• Relationship Building: Clients ke sath acche relations maintain rakhna aur unke questions/queries ka timely solution dena.

• Team Coordination: Daily leads status, site visits aur follow-ups ki report team leader / sales manager ke sath share karna.

Requirements (Kya Eligibility honi chahiye):

• Communication Skills: Hindi aur Regional language (English/Marathi) mein acchi conversational skills.

• Sales Orientation: Customers se baat karne aur deal convince karne ka passion.

• Punctuality & Coordination: Time par follow-ups lene aur team ke sath milkar kaam karne ki ability.

• Basic Knowledge: Real estate market ya telecalling ka basic experience (Fresher ho toh sikhne ki ichha honi chahiye).
