Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

• Sales Process Management: Conducting product demonstrations, presenting tailored solutions, and handling objections to close sales

• Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Target Achievement: Working diligently to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in CRM software and preparing sales reports.

• Negotiation: Negotiating terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts to finalize deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and persuade prospects.

• Customer-Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Sales Driven: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is generally required.
