Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, budgets, and interests.
Itinerary Planning: Develop detailed, customized itineraries including destinations, transport, accommodations, and activities.
Booking & Reservations: Book flights, hotels, tours, insurance, and other services using booking systems.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, manage cancellations, and provide support before, during, and after travel.
Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour guides, and other providers to secure best rates and services.
Sales & Targets: Promote travel packages, sell services, and meet sales goals and KPIs.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on destinations, trends, regulations, and travel advisories.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, client interactions, and generate reports.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage tour budgets and expenses.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Technical: Proficiency in travel booking software (Amadeus, Sabre) and MS Office.
