We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Industrox Solutions Private Limited. The role involves Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels, Client relationship, achieving sales target on regular basis and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

• Understand customer needs and propose solutions to close sales effectively.

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

• Monitor and make report on sales activities, market trends.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions.

• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (Any discipline) and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires Strong communication, Negotiation, interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, Good Email communication skills, A customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach, Good coordination, follow-up, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
