Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to sell Health Insurance policies over calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain health insurance plans and benefits clearly
Handle objections and convert leads into sales
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Maintain customer data and follow-up records

Requirements :

Good communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in insurance/telecalling is a plus
