We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team Flybed Home. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, maintaining customer relationships, and managing leads effectively. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. Get a salary of 20k to 40k along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:

○ Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.

○ Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

2. Proper CRM Maintaining:

○ Accurately input and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.

○ Update records with interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

3. Lead Management:

○ Follow up on leads generated from various sources, nurturing them through the sales process.

○ Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customer requirements with suitable products.

4. Achieving Sales Targets:

○ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹30 lakh.

○ Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

5. Discipline and Grooming:

○ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

○ Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong Communication and Negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
