Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support our sales activities in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property offerings, following up with leads, and coordinating client meetings. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients through calls and follow up on assigned leads.

• Explain the company's real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and share relevant property options.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property visits.

• Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up updates in the CRM.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.

• Achieve assigned calling, meeting, and sales targets.

• Prepare daily reports of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to communicate confidently with clients over the phone.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales techniques.

• Target-oriented approach and interest in real estate sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or real estate will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Candidates should be comfortable with calling clients and working towards sales targets.
