Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and support business growth. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Contact and engage with fresh leads.
Explain company services to potential clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer and client records.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Graduate or above.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
