Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote suitable loan products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer financial requirements, explaining loan products, assisting with documentation, and ensuring successful loan disbursal.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, or other financial products.

• Contact potential customers through calls, references, digital leads, field visits, and other channels.

• Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation.

• Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.

• Collect and verify required customer documents accurately.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for timely processing.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding application status.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, conversions, and disbursements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 12th pass, diploma, or graduate; graduation preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and CRM applications.

• Willingness to travel for field sales, if required.
