We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers.
Negotiate property prices and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
