Roles and Responsibilites:-
Handle qualified leads generated by marketing and lead generation teams.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable cloud/software solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos for clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with support and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups in CRM software.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Cloud, SaaS, or IT services.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
