Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, explaining financial products to customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products and benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

• Generate and follow up on leads for loan conversion.

• Assist customers with eligibility checks and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and calling experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Knowledge of banking or financial products will be an advantage.
