We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Arnav Automobiles Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads or database, introducing vehicles and services.

• Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into showroom visits, test drives or sales consultations.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs, lead status, next-steps and customer information.

• Understand customer requirements (budget, model, features, financing, trade-in) and recommend suitable vehicles or offers.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales conversion targets and KPIs (number of calls, appointments fixed, conversions).

• Provide excellent customer service, handle objections, and nurture relationships for future business (e.g., upgrades, referrals).

• Stay updated on vehicle portfolio, prices, promotions, financing schemes, and competitor models in the market.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Target-driven mindset, self-motivated, resilient and ability to work under pressure.

• Previous experience (preferably 1-2 years) in telesales, B2C sales, automotive sales or similar roles is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
