Job Summary

GFE is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Counselor for Export Import Services. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, explaining services, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to export-import services

Counsel clients about company services and business opportunities

Generate and follow up on sales leads

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Maintain customer records and sales reports

Provide professional support and guidance to clients

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling

Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

Basic knowledge of Export-Import industry preferred

Lead generation and follow-up skills

Negotiation and relationship management

Professional attitude and teamwork ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

Qualification

Graduate in any stream preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Counseling / Business Development
