Job Role

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join our team as Sales Executives. The role involves promoting personal loan products to existing customers, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through outbound calling and customer interaction

- Promote personal loan products to existing customers

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

- Maintain positive customer relationships

- Achieve assigned sales targets and earn incentives

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company norms)

Experience

- Freshers: Can apply if confident and comfortable with sales

- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of sales experience required

Skills Required

- Average communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

- Good confidence level

- Customer-centric approach

- Sales and relationship-building skills

Age Limit

- Up to 30 years

Salary & Benefits

Freshers

💰 ₹14,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

💰 ₹17,000 per month
