Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Daily Incentives based on performance

Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Key Account Managers / Sales Executives who are fluent in regional languages to manage and grow client relationships while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts.

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate revenue from existing clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers in the assigned regional language.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in the required regional language.

• Sales experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication can also apply).

• Basic understanding of Hindi or English.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
