Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about available properties.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with customer information.
Follow up with clients to ensure high conversion rates.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Build good customer relationships and maintain professionalism in communication.
Provide feedback to the sales team about customer needs and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English)
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior sales executive or real estate experience is a plus.
