Adzdrio India Services Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive & Customer Support professional to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately update and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems on a regular basis.

• Organize and manage both physical and digital records to ensure easy access, proper storage, and efficient retrieval when needed.

• Communicate with internal teams and departments to identify, clarify, and resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies.

• Review and verify data for accuracy, making corrections where necessary and identifying irregularities in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all information is up-to-date, reliable, and accessible to support smooth business operations and decision-making.

• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and summaries to assist management in tracking performance and making informed decisions.

• Provide customer support by addressing queries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining client records.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information at all times.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualifications will be an advantage).

• 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, data entry, or a related field (Freshers are welcome).

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling.

• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and data management tools.

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
