Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Executive level) to support the sales team through effective coordination, client communication, and MIS reporting. The role involves regular calling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate data in Excel to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
Support the sales team in daily operations and coordination.
Handle enquiries, share basic product information, and route leads to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order tracking.
2. MIS & Excel Work (Must)
Maintain sales data, leads, and reports in Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Track order status, payments, and dispatch updates.
3. Calling & Follow-ups (Must)
Make regular calls to clients for follow-ups and updates.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending payments.
Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.
4. Order & Documentation Handling
Prepare and maintain documents such as quotations, PO, invoices, and dispatch details.
Ensure proper record keeping and documentation.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Stores for order execution.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
