Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer communication, sales orders, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities and requirements.

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and dispatches.

• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments for timely order processing.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/software and Excel.

• Track pending orders and provide regular updates to the sales team.

• Support sales executives in preparing reports and maintaining sales data.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and order status.

• Assist in resolving customer queries and coordinate internally for solutions.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required by management.

• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and assigned customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/software is preferred.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

• Professional and positive attitude.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with a background in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Telecalling, Back Office, or a similar role. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
