We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Tele caller to join our team at Equity Planner. This role involves handling client coordination, outbound calls, property listings, documentation, and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and coordinate with clients on property details.
Schedule site visits and maintain client follow-ups.
Manage and organize sales documentation and property listings on portals.
Prepare reports and MIS for internal teams.
Support the sales team in closing deals and post-sales coordination.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate.
Experience as Sales Coordinator / Tele caller / Client Coordinator.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and real estate portals like 99acres.
Target-driven, organized, and comfortable with client interaction.
