Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Caller – Executive to reconnect with our existing database, generate qualified meetings, and support the business team. The role focuses on building relationships with existing contacts, understanding their current requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to existing clients and prospects through calls.
Reconnect with inactive leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Business team.
Understand client requirements and update the CRM/database.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled meetings.
Achieve monthly calling and meeting generation targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
