*About The Role*

We’re not just hiring a Sales Coordinator. We’re looking for a *Sales Specialist who can be the Face of the Company*.

If you can manage sales end-to-end, lead the team, and represent us confidently online & offline - this role is for you.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Own Sales Management* - Handle complete sales cycle from lead to closure. Drive team targets

2. *Be the Brand Face* - Represent company in client meetings, videos, social media & promotional content

3. *Client & Vendor Coordination* - Smooth communication between customers, sales team, vendors & management

4. *Lead Conversion* - Follow up on walk-ins/online leads, prepare proposals, and close deals

5. *Online Presence* - Comfortable on camera for reels, testimonials, product demos & company branding

6. *Daily Operations* - Maintain CRM, sales reports, and ensure timely order execution

*Ideal Candidate Profile*

We’re looking for someone who is:

1. *Experienced*: 2-4 years in sales coordination / business development

2. *Confident & Mature*: Can handle clients, lead meetings, take ownership

3. *Great Communicator*: Excellent Hindi + English, persuasive & professional
