•Lead Generation & Calling•

• Source and identify fresh leads independently through various online and offline channels.

• Identify and build a pool of potential clients.

• Perform daily fresh cold calling on provided databases and newly sourced leads.

• Work on leads generated and data feeded by the frontline sales team and actively engage with

prospects added in the CRM.

• Engage clients to verify details and maintain accurate records.

Reporting & CRM Management:

• Enter and update client data into the CRM accurately.

• Verify and validate CRM data to ensure authenticity.

• Regularly clean and maintain data records for consistency.

• Update all activities, calls, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance, lead status, and meetings scheduled.

•Follow-Up & Sales Support•

• Maintain and execute timely follow-ups on both personal and team-assigned leads.

• Set up meetings and demos for the frontline sales team with potential clients.

• Maintain and update the sales funnel in CRM and ensure all stages are tracked correctly.

• Provide continuous backend support to the sales team to help them meet their goals.

• Take references from existing clients to reach out to new contacts.

• Coordinate with existing customers for repeat orders
