Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert customer leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan and other financial products.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to potential customers.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

• Coordinate with customers to collect the required documents.

• Maintain proper customer records and follow up on pending applications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in loan sales or telesales will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
