We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, and generate business opportunities through limited outbound calling and regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Make limited outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up with interested leads and explain products or services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update follow-up details in the CRM.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and customer retention.

• Achieve assigned relationship management and business targets.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on lead status and client interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain customer data.

• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach.

• Basic sales and negotiation skills will be an advantage.
