We are looking for a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and contribute to business growth. The role involves limited calling, client follow-ups, networking, lead generation, and converting business opportunities into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify potential business opportunities through networking, references, market research, and existing contacts.

• Make limited outbound calls to prospective clients for introductions, follow-ups, and business discussions.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.

• Meet clients when required and develop long-term business relationships.

• Generate referrals and explore new channels for business development.

• Maintain regular records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
