We’re Hiring – Recovery Executive (CPE Recovery)

🏢 Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Noida Sector 63

💰 Salary:

🔹 In-hand: ₹10,000 | CTC: ₹11,908 + Incentives upto 25,000

⏰ Shift Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

📝 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding WiFi device (CPE) recovery.

• Inform customers about pending device returns after service disconnection.

• Guide customers on the process of returning the WiFi shatterbox/router.

• Follow up with customers and update recovery status in the system.

🎓 Eligibility:

• 12th Pass candidates can apply

• Freshers are welcome
