Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from provided leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and investment opportunities.
Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
Generate and schedule site visits with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and closures.
Work towards assigned calling, site visit, and sales targets.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Prior experience in real estate telesales, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
