Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
••Key Responsibilities:••
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services, aiming to generate interest and increase sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification Identify and assess potential leads based on their needs and interests, ensuring you focus on prospects that are most likely to convert into sales.
Sales Tracking: Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system, keeping track of calls made, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions required.

Customer Focus:-Ability to listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Basic Computer Skills Familiarity with using computers and CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
