Job Description – Telesales Executive
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales through phone calls. The role involves handling leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate sales.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain a customer database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior tele sales or sales experience preferred.
