📋 Job Description – Real Estate Sales Agent
Role Overview
A Real Estate Sales Agent helps clients buy, sell, or rent properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, negotiations, and the entire transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Client Representation: Assist buyers, sellers, or renters in property transactions.
Property Listings: Create and market property listings through online platforms, social media, and open houses.
Showings & Tours: Schedule and conduct property tours and open houses.
Negotiations: Draft offers, negotiate contracts, and manage terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
Documentation: Prepare contracts, agreements, deeds, and closing statements.
Market Analysis: Provide comparative market analyses to determine competitive pricing.
Networking: Build relationships with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and contractors.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local real estate markets.
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th.
Experience: 06-1 years in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
