About Ambika Realty

Ambika Realty is looking for energetic, target-oriented professionals to join our real estate sales team. We are seeking Telesales Executives and Managers who can generate leads, build strong customer relationships, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into successful property deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential real estate customers through calls, leads, referrals, and other channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and messages.

• Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and relevant offerings to customers.

• Schedule and coordinate property visits/site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries and address objections effectively.

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Stay updated on available projects, inventory, pricing, and market developments.

Additional Responsibilities – Manager

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

• Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.

• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.

• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to team members.

• Ensure consistent achievement of team targets.

Candidate Profile

• 0–10 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, real estate sales, or related fields.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome for the Executive role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
