Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, arranging property visits, explaining property details, and closing sales/rental deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, online portals, references, and other sources.

• Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options.

• Explain property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other details to clients.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales and rental transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams, builders, property owners, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Positive attitude and strong sales orientation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Previous experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
